In Crimea, 29 more settlements were transferred to the regime’s water supply.

Local “authorities” transferred almost 30 more settlements to the regime’s water supply or water supply.

In annexed Crimea, the “authorities” have transferred another 29 settlements to the regular water supply or to the water supply. This was stated by the head of the Russian-controlled company Water of Crimea, Vladimir Bazhenov, in a meeting, reports Crimea.Realii on Monday, September 21.

“As of today morning, 29 settlements were switched to regime water supply or water supply because the debit at the wells, let’s say, disappeared. But I still plan to drag a certain number of container cars to the Simferopol branch by tomorrow to secure them in areas my colleagues will not be able to reach, “Bazhenov said.

At the same time, the head of the Water of Crimea did not specify the specific names of the settlements.

We will recall, since August 24 in Simferopol and 39 nearby settlements began to limit the water supply. Economy mode can continue until March 2021.

Earlier, Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said that Ukraine could resume supplying water to Crimea in the event of a humanitarian disaster on the peninsula. According to the prime minister, the water supply is possible exclusively for the Ukrainian population of the peninsula.

The Simferopol reservoir dried up and became covered with grass.
