New restrictions have been put in place for the red zone regions.
The new measures will go into effect tomorrow. They will refer to public transport, educational institutions and social services.
In the regions of the red quarantine zone, new restrictions were established taking into account the proposals of the regional commissions. The decision was made by the State Commission for the Fuel and Energy Sector and Emergency Situations, reports the government press service on Monday, September 21.
The restrictions will go into effect on September 22.
“Today in an extraordinary meeting, taking into account the proposals presented by the TEB and ES regional commissions, the decision was made to impose restrictions on the territories where the ‘red’ level of epidemic danger of spread of COVID-19 was set on 18 September, ”he reported.
In particular, the following restrictions are established:

it is forbidden to transport passengers by road, rail and urban transport, except in cars, in which the number of passengers, including the driver, does not exceed 5 people, excluding children under 14 years of age;

it is forbidden to board passengers in suburban, interurban, intraregional and interregional transport;

visit educational institutions; reception of visitors in cultural institutions, cinemas, restaurants, cafes, shopping and entertainment centers, gyms, fitness centers, commerce and consumer services;
-
visits to institutions that provide emergency social services, homeless registration centers, mobile social and psychological assistance teams.
At the same time, they are still allowed:

trade in food, fuel, hygiene products, pharmaceuticals, veterinary drugs, feed, agrochemicals, seeds;

banking and insurance activities;
-
medical and veterinary practice;
-
work of gas stations, service stations;
-
Workshops for the repair of computers, household goods, postal services;
-
delivery of food in catering establishments;
-
visits to institutions and institutions that provide social and rehabilitation services to families, people in difficult life circumstances (temporary stay, daytime).
Finally, in the city of Slavuta and in the Volochy district of the Khmelnitsky region, the city of Kanev, Cherkasy region, Hertsaevsky, Kelmenetsky districts of Chernivtsi, it is allowed to attend educational institutions, except for kindergartens.
Recall that in Ukraine, only two regions are ready to weaken the quarantine. The epidemic situation regarding the coronavirus does not allow to ease quarantine restrictions in 22 regions and in Kiev.
It was also reported that the criteria for the yellow and orange zones were changed in Ukraine. When establishing quarantine zones, the occupancy of beds, the number of tests per 100,000 inhabitants and the incidence rate will be evaluated.
