During the past day, the coronavirus in Ukraine was found in 3144 people, 53 deaths were recorded, 1128 patients were recovered.

This is evidenced by the NSDC data as of Friday morning September 11.

In Ukraine, a new anti-registration was registered for the number of new cases of COVID-19 infection. The previous highest value was registered on September 5, then 2,836 people fell ill.

In total, during the entire time of the pandemic in Ukraine, 148,756 people fell ill, of which 67,005 recovered, deaths – 3,076.

At the moment, cases of coronavirus disease have been detected:

  • Vinnytsia region – 4690 cases;
  • Volyn region – 6161 cases;
  • Dnipropetrovsk region – 3093 cases;
  • Donetsk region: 1942 cases;
  • Zhytomyr region – 40,558 cases;
  • Transcarpathic region: 8453 cases;
  • Zaporizhzhya region – 2136 cases;
  • Ivano-Frankivsk region: 10953 cases;
  • Kirovograd region: 885 cases;
  • Kiev: 16,523 cases;
  • Kiev region – 6648 cases;
  • Lviv region: 16626 cases;
  • Lugansk region: 532 cases;
  • Mykolaiv region – 1851 cases;
  • Odessa region: 9157 cases;
  • Poltava region – 1130 cases;
  • Rivne region: 10,217 cases;
  • Sumy region: 2229 cases;
  • Ternopil region: 8377 cases;
  • Kharkov region: 12,112 cases;
  • Kherson region: 576 cases;
  • Khmelnytsky region – 3695 cases;
  • Chernivtsi region: 11,847 cases;
  • Cherkasy region: 2294 cases;
  • Chernihiv region – 2574 cases.

Data for the temporarily occupied territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Donetsk, Luhansk regions and the city of Sevastopol are absent.

The government extended the quarantine until October 31, with a softening starting on May 22. The approach to alleviate or strengthen quarantine remained adaptive, but the principle of region allocation was changed to strengthen quarantine measures.

The country was divided into four zones according to the level of danger of the spread of the coronavirus. Each of them has a certain number of restrictions.

The new quarantine rules went into effect on August 3. The decision to divide the country into zones will be reviewed every 7 days.
