This is reported by hromadske.

Lavrega also pleaded guilty to the careless handling of weapons, the negligent murder of a child, but denied the fact of a deliberate attempt on Sobolev’s life.

“He said he did not want to kill Sobolev with his shot. When one of the judges clarified the purpose of the shooting, Lavrega said it was done with the aim of intimidation,” said the prosecutor in the case, Maxim Chervony.

Also at the meeting, Lavrega apologized to the victims.

The second defendant, Evgeny Semyonov, accused of complicity in the attempt on Sobolev’s life, does not admit his guilt.
