Yesterday took place the official launch of the Radeon RX 6800 and Radeon RX 6800 XT video cards. At the moment, only reference versions have been released, but models of alternative designs will be on sale soon. In particular, Micro-Star International is preparing to launch the Radeon RX 6800 (XT) Gaming Trio series.
In total, the provider intends to launch four models: two Gaming Trio and Gaming X Trio. The former works at reference frequencies, while the latter received a small overclocked GPU from the factory. In all cases, a massive Tri-Frozr 2 air cooler is used with three TorX 4.0 fans on dual ball bearings. The back of the adapters is covered with a backing plate.
At the end of the video cards there are two 8-pin power connectors, and you can use the HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 (x3) interfaces to display the image. The video cards occupy three expansion slots and are 324mm long. The technical characteristics of MSI Radeon RX 6800 (XT) Gaming Trio and Gaming X Trio can be found in the table.
Unfortunately, the vendor does not report the recommended price and the exact launch date of new products.
