There is still no criminal liability for falsifying tests for coronavirus infection in Ukraine.
Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada plans to consider introducing counterfeit test liability for COVID-19. The bill is now ready for registration with the Verkhovna Rada. On Friday, December 11, on the air of the program Freedom of expression, Savik Shuster said the head of the parliamentary commission for health, medical care and health insurance of the nation, Mikhail Radutsky.
Radutsky noted that there is no criminal liability for falsifying evidence in Ukraine.
“We will correct this gap. It is unlikely that we will have time to consider this bill in this week’s session, but next week, I think this bill will have support,” Radutsky said.
What exactly is the punishment for falsifying evidence? Radutsky did not specify.
Earlier, the head of the Health Ministry, Maxim Stepanov, said that fewer tests for the coronavirus have started in Ukraine, as fewer Ukrainians are infected with the coronavirus and getting sick less.
Korrespondent.net also wrote that the Ministry of Health plans to do one million COVID tests per month. Ukraine has already started receiving antigen tests, which can be performed directly from the family doctor, and the result will be ready in 15 minutes.
