Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said Moscow does not intend to discuss with any US administration the issue of the exchange of sanctions or the state of Crimea. According to him, Moscow and Washington should work harder to improve relations.
This was reported by RIA Novosti.
“As for Crimea, there is nothing to discuss, this is not a problem at all, everything was decided a long time ago, we are not ready to trade, exchange sanctions with the United States. If the United States wants to build, please,” he said. Ryabkov.
At the same time, he added that there is no item on the agenda regarding the exchange of restrictive measures with the United States.
“We will not exchange sanctions with any US government in the future. This issue has been resolved, it is closed. It does not exist on the agenda, it simply does not exist,” Ryabkov emphasized.
Remember that Democrat Joe Biden won the presidential election in the United States.
It was previously reported that the United States intends to impose sanctions against companies that guarantee the operation of Russian vessels on the Nord Stream-2 gas pipeline.
In addition, representatives of the House of Representatives and the Senate of the United States have reached an agreement on the inclusion of additional ones against the “Nord Stream-2”.
