The Armenian government has published a list of settlements in Nagorno-Karabakh, which are under the control of Azerbaijan according to the signed declaration on the cessation of hostilities, writes RIA Novosti.

Thus, the list includes 52 settlements in the Kashatagh region, 16 settlements in the Shahumyan region, 29 in the Hadrut region. Furthermore, eight villages are transferred to the Mardakert region, six villages – to the Martuni region and eight – to the Askeran region. In Shusha region, Shushi City and Karin Tak Village are transferred.

Furthermore, the Armenian government is willing to provide a one-time aid of 300 thousand drams ($ 600) to the residents of Karabakh, who were registered in the cities and towns that came under the control of Azerbaijan.

Let us remind you that Azerbaijan launched a military operation in Nagorno-Karabakh on September 27. On November 9, the presidents of Azerbaijan, the Russian Federation and the Prime Minister of Armenia adopted a declaration, according to which the shooting and all hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh will cease from November 10. Units of the armed forces of Azerbaijan and Armenia stopped at their positions. Prisoner exchange is expected. Russian peacekeepers are stationed along the Lachin line of contact and corridor connecting Karabakh with Armenia.

Before that, it was reported that the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, said that the end of the conflict in Karabakh was over.
