The Ministry of Digital Transformation introduced a series of new services and functions of the Diya electronic services portal on Monday, October 5.

So far, such an opportunity has appeared in Kiev and Kharkov, but by the end of the year it is planned to expand it across the country.

In addition, an updated registration of a limited liability company was launched in the application.

“We did a great reengineering, we changed the way, we have 46 fields instead of 88. Now, for a person to open an LLC and become an entrepreneur, it takes 30 minutes, a wish, a little care (because this is work with documents) and Internet access ”. said project manager Mstislav Bannik.

The registry of individuals-entrepreneurs (IE) has also been updated.

By the end of the year, they plan to transfer the sick leave and sick leave certificates to an electronic format in addition to a child’s electronic birth certificate.

“Today, together with the Ministry of Health and the National Health Service of Ukraine, we launched an electronic medical findings module in the electronic health system. And from today, the first electronic conclusion on the birth of a child in Ukraine was launched. “said First Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Oleksiy Vyskub.

According to him, by the end of the year, the Ministry of Digital Affairs, together with the Ministry of Health, plans to transfer sick leave to electronic format and release an electronic certificate of incapacity for work, which will give Ukraine the opportunity to save million hryvnia from next year.

In the future, according to Vyskub, all medical certificates should be replaced by an electronic medical conclusion, a corresponding record in the electronic e-Health system.

The following services will be available: payment of fines, payment of debts of enforcement proceedings.

With the help of a smartphone, it will be possible to verify the authenticity of the document, transfer the registration certificate, “share a digital document”.

In a couple of years, the application should be available throughout Ukraine and its functionality will be expanded.

As reported, at the opening of the presentation, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that next year Ukraine will begin to enter paperless mode: all administrative services will be digital.
