The defendant in the Ukrbud Maxim Mikitas corporation case was released under 24-hour house arrest. This was announced by the press secretary of the Supreme Anticorruption Court Olesya Chemeris, the UP writes on Thursday, December 3.

He said the court session was held on December 2, but was closed, so he did not elaborate.

According to the newspaper, Mikitas made a deal with the investigation, partially admitted his guilt and agreed to compensate the losses to the state.

Note that on the eve of the NABU reported that Mikitas reimbursed 50 million damages for hryvnia in the case of an apartment scam for the National Guard.

A day earlier, Mikitasyu had already announced the third suspicion in this case: the provision of illegal benefits to ensure the issuance of an inaccurate written opinion of a forensic expert (part 3 of article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
