Dnipro-1’s failed start in the 2020/21 season after the third round led to the resignation of head coach Dmitry Mikhailenko, who had worked with the team for three years. Under his leadership, Dnipro played 34 matches in the UPL, obtaining 13 wins and 16 losses (goals 46-52). By the way, Mikhailenko’s resignation became one of the first in the history of the Ukrainian championships. In previous years, only 4 coaches played fewer games since the beginning of the season.
