“We are working to provide all government agencies with the necessary IT infrastructure. We are improving legislation and creating digital solutions. In particular, we are participating in the development of a bill that will launch a platform to implement registries, as well as a law into “clouds” that will open the market for cloud technologies and new possibilities for data storage, “he said.
In addition, according to the minister, amendments to the law have been developed, which will make it possible to ensure the status of electronic documents at the legislative level and convert them into complete analogues of paper documents; They are already being considered in the corresponding commission of the Rada.
Earlier, OBOZREVATEL announced that from December 14 in Ukraine, using the “Diya” application, it is possible to receive payments for individuals, entrepreneurs and employees hired due to quarantine.
At the same time, the service may be interrupted due to the large number of sole proprietors who want to apply for help, Fedorov said.
