The Michelin restaurant guide referred borsch to Russian cuisine and told how it sent representatives to Moscow to appreciate its taste.
The Michelin Red Guide, which is considered the most famous and influential of the world’s restaurant ratings, writes about this.
Michelin representatives came to Moscow to appreciate the Russian culinary heritage. They then praised the new trends among chefs in Russia and called borscht one of the most famous Russian soups, according to the guide’s website.
“They (cooks – Ed.) also prefer vegetables and aromatic herbs, which give a lively and unique flavor to the famous first dishes of the country, such as borscht and rassolnik ”, says the message.
Recall that on December 22 there will be a marathon entitled “Culture and tradition of Ukrainian cuisine of Borscht”, during which representatives of the Ukrainian government will compete in preparing the famous first course of Slavic cuisine.
