The monthly average temperature in October is expected to be in the range of + 6-12 ° С, in the mountains + 6-7 ° С, which corresponds to long-term average values. This is stated in the message from the Ukrhydrometeorological Center, published on Friday, September 25.

At the same time, in the second and third decades of October, the average daily temperature is expected to go from 8 ° C towards a decrease. Only in the southern part of the country and in Transcarpathia, a decrease is expected in the first decade of November.
According to forecasters, in October the absolute maximum air temperature is + 25-35 ° С, in mountainous areas + 18-24 ° С.
The absolute minimum is -5-16 ° С, in the northern, central, eastern regions and in the Carpathians in some places -18-23 ° С, in the southern Crimea – 0-2 ° С frosts.
Average monthly rainfall is 20-54 mm, in the Carpathians up to 80 mm, in the highlands up to 120 mm.
