Three out of every five charter planes from the outskirts of the suspected PLO MP Viktor Medvedchuk were flown to the Swiss city of St. Galle shortly before the imposition of sanctions.
According to Bihus.Info, the NSDC’s Feb. 2 decision says sanctions were imposed on five offshore companies that, in turn, appear to own private jets. (scroll to the bottom of the page to see the video).
Two companies are directly related to the people’s deputies Medvedchuk and Taras Kozak, who used these boards at different times.
The third company is registered with the wife of Igor Kushnir, chairman of the Kievgorstroy construction holding company.
The fourth is associated with former MP and businessman Vitaly Khomutynnik.
The fifth company WHPA AVIA LTD is registered in the Virgin Islands. Journalists could not find additional information about this company, but it can be assumed that it is related to a company with a very similar name – WHPA LIMITED, which is associated with Russian businessman Sergei Sudarikov.
The media calls him close to the head of Rosneft and an old friend of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Igor Sechin. The Region group of companies, controlled by Sudarikov, is associated with Medvedchuk’s own environment.
The planes of the three aforementioned offshore companies flew to the airport from February 10 to 21. near the city of St. Gallen in Switzerland, where, according to journalists, they still remain.
It is in St. Gallen that the company “International Business Partners” is legally registered – the co-owner of the Ukrainian “Prykarpatzakhidtransu”, which, in fact, became the reason for the imposition of sanctions for the ownership of a part of the Samara – Oil Pipeline heading west.
