Zelensky appealed to the deputies of the Servant of the People
The head of state warned of the danger of bloody chaos and the death of the country, in connection with which he demanded decisive action from the “servants of the people.”
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy recorded an audio message for the Servant of the People faction, saying that it is time to make a difficult but necessary decision. On Monday, November 2, the LB reports with reference to sources from the faction.

“The strange behavior of the judges of the Constitutional Court in a matter of hours put the country on the brink of disaster. Either the country will once again be dragged into bloody chaos, or the state will once again cease to exist as a system of transparent rules and agreements. Or we will finally become a really powerful political force and say our thing. the word is “no.” No lies, ”says the president’s speech to the people’s deputies.
Zelensky recalled that a little over a year ago “we managed to scandalize the old politics of corruption.” The president said he had no doubt that the people’s deputies would be seduced and destroyed by external forces, including within the faction.
“Time demands of us the appropriate emotions and courage … Today we have to show our unity, show that we are a party that knows how to fight for ourselves, for our name, for our politics. Don’t you see that other parties that yesterday had than to disappear into oblivion, stand aside and laugh. Can we prove that we are much stronger? “- he declared.
The head of state added that the battle is for the image and reputation of Ukraine, for the irreversibility of the changes and the non-return “to yesterday.”
“Either we will show that we are a real party that knows how to come together, or we will show that we are equal to everyone else … Based on the results of your decisions and votes today, we will make global decisions, we will try to restore the whole system,” he said President.
He said “tough decisions have to be made in the Constitutional Court. It is mandatory. This is not even a request. There are no requests when valuables are destroyed. We will live without requests.”
“History does not judge the winners. And if I decide that the solution to the crisis is only possible through the proposed law, we must definitely support it,” he said, adding that if a different, less conflictual path is found, there will be a different solution.

On October 27, at the request of 48 popular deputies, the Constitutional Court declared certain provisions of the anti-corruption legislation unconstitutional. The decision of the Constitutional Court means the abolition of the electronic declaration, the abolition of the powers of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption for a complete control and monitoring of the way of life of officials, the decriminalization of the inaccurate declaration.
On the night of October 29-30, Zelensky presented a bill to the Verkhovna Rada, which proposed ending the powers of the Constitutional Court judges and recognizing their decision to declare “null and void.”
