Before moving on to the history of the match, it is worth dwelling on two interesting facts. The first: in the confrontation between Desna and Lvov, the visiting team always won, with the exception of a draw. The second fact: the last time the Lviv team scored three points in the opponent’s court was in March this year. I mean, exactly nine months ago. One of the series had to be interrupted today, allowing the other to continue to exist.
Alexander Ryabokon continued to double his line, shuffling the starting lineup from game to game. This time, he entrusted the winger positions to Gutsulyak and Kartushov, Ogirya himself closed the support zone and Polegenko took Hemp’s position. Efim didn’t even enter the factory, probably temporarily isolated himself; We all remember the COVID-19 outbreak in the Ukraine national team.

And he could have become a hero … Phillip Budkovsky did not score afterwards, who had an even more advantageous position, but the ball was still not stubbornly into the goal.
We speak little about the guests, because after the break they rarely left their half of the field, having scored only one dangerous blow from Kazlauskas, here the past did not disappoint. That’s it, the final whistle recorded the unexpected victory of “Lvov”, in which today, as well as before the start of the season, nobody believed. But judging from the last three games in which the “lions” have had two victories, their fight is still ahead and they have no intention of giving up. They have already found their mentor and, most likely, Vitaly Shumsky will continue to work with the Western Ukraine team. It cannot be said that this is not deserved.
“Rubber”? On the one hand, they created many moments today, but luck was much more accompanied by Orest Kostik, who took courage on the goal tape. But it should also be noted that the “Northerners” lacked ideas in creation, most of whose attacks ended in marquees to nowhere. And the weak play of the forwards says one thing again: the team has yet to find a replacement for Fillipov.
