Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko declared that he would not have handed over to Ukraine the Wagner PMC militants detained in the republic.
His words are quoted by the editor-in-chief of the radio station “Moscow speaking” Roman Babayan, who was present at the meeting with Lukashenko on Tuesday.
