Local elections will be held in Ukraine on October 25, in this regard, the CEC prepared a short video explaining the procedure for filling out the ballot.
“This Clarification was developed to ensure the implementation of equal electoral rights of the citizens of Ukraine, compliance with the principles and foundations of the electoral process, the same application of the provisions of the Electoral Code of Ukraine regarding the procedure for completing a ballot for local elections, “says the CEC website.
The video explains the sequence of filling out the ballot.
In particular, the Commission clarified the procedure to place a “plus” (+) or a “mark” (✓) or another mark on said ballot, certifying the will of the voter.
It also explains the correctness of writing the serial number of a candidate for deputy of a local organization of a political party, which the voter supported. In addition, the document provides examples of correct and incorrect filling of a ballot.
