KIU called for new violations in the elections

Observers were not allowed to visit some polling stations, while voters flocked to others wearing masks with party symbols.

KIU registered new violations in local elections. This was reported by the committee’s press service on Sunday, October 25.

In Rivne, in two polling stations, voters wore masks with the symbols of the Rivne political party together. Also in Kherson, a candidate for the post of mayor of the town of Kherson of the Servant of the People came to the voting room wearing a mask bearing the party emblem.

In Kamenets-Podolsk, messages were sent to mobile phones with the text: “October 25 is the only reliable option – Batkivshchyna.”

In Rubizhne, Lugansk Oblast, the head of the PEC tried to prevent the KIU observer from entering the polling station because many observers had already registered with the polling station (17). The head of the commission called the police when a party observer was photographing the voting process.

In Vinnitsa, the chief physician of the regional hospital for war veterans ordered not to allow the KIU observer to enter the premises of the compound, arguing that he did not have a PCR test.

In Nikolaev, observers were unable to attend the commission meeting. One of the candidates present called the police. Furthermore, KIA observers were not allowed to arrive at the village site in time. Hannovka, Dnipropetrovsk region.

We will recall that earlier in Kiev and in the Dnipropetrovsk region “carousels” of voters were registered. Two buses were carrying people to vote from the Dnipropetrovsk region to the capital, they were stopped by the police.

It was also reported that four polling stations have not been opened in Ukraine. Polling stations were not open at 10 am. The reasons are unknown. The plots are located in the Donetsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zhytomyr and Poltava regions.
