“In Kiev, at the Shulyavsky overpass, three new lighting poles were tired and fell simultaneously. Several new cars were damaged, a large traffic jam from Sevastopol Square,” the message says.

One of the witnesses to the incident was driving when one of the poles fell in front of his car. She filmed the aftermath of the accident.
