16 units of special equipment fought the fire

The fire spread over an area of ​​1.5 thousand square meters. The fire was extinguished after about two hours.

Metropolitan firefighters extinguished a fire in a warehouse in the Svyatoshinsky district. Rescuers received information about the incident around 4 pm, according to the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kiev.

The warehouses at 32 Svyatoshinsky Street caught fire.

Eyewitnesses reported that thick black smoke poured out from a room measuring 100 by 30 square meters. There was a threat that the fire would spread to neighboring premises. During the extinguishing of the fire, the roof partially collapsed.

At 4:32 p.m. the fire was located and at 5:30 p.m. the rescuers fully dealt with it.

Firefighters removed three oxygen tanks from a room.

16 units of the main and special team of the GSChS fought with the fire.

Before that, we wrote that an old furniture-making workshop was on fire in Bila Tserkva. The fire in the two-story building was extinguished by more than 50 rescuers, but it took almost seven hours.

Korrespondent.net reported that a bus with passengers caught fire while moving near the Dnieper. All the passengers and the driver exited the vehicle on their own before the arrival of rescuers.
