The mountain lake Panagia, which is known as “emerald” and is located in the Zelenogorye village of occupied Crimea, it became shallow and today there is only a “puddle” of it.

“We continue with the issue of occupied Crimea and water supply problems. When one of the most beautiful lakes in Crimea, Panagia, became a puddle,” Stefan signed.
Previously, the lake was very beautiful and famous for its unusual water color. Also, Orthodox believers considered this place to be protected by God, so tourists could often be found here. But now the reservoir has changed significantly due to the depth and has become more of a puddle.
