Kyiv city state administration advises Kyiv residents to use mobile toilets

City authorities complain that Kyiv residents are reluctant to use mobile toilets and therefore advise using them anyway.

The Kiev authorities report that modern automated toilets operate in the capital, which for some reason are little used by city residents. This is stated in the message of the press service of the Department of Housing and Community Infrastructure of the State Administration of the city of Kiev on Facebook.

According to them, there are 10 modern and automated toilets in Kiev, of which 6 were installed this year.

“These toilets are comfortable, accessible, have an unusual and beautiful appearance, harmoniously blending with the architecture of Kiev. In these toilets, washing, disinfection, drying of the toilet bowl and the floor are carried out automatically after every visitor, so there are no unpleasant odors. But … Kievites and city guests, for some reason, still don’t use those toilets much, “says the message.

The department noted that modern bathrooms are available to everyone “and there is no need to fear innovation.”

There are automatic toilets at the following addresses:

• S t. Tryokhsvyatitelskaya, 8 – column (upper station of the funicular)

• S t. Vladimirskaya, 24 – column (next to Sofiyskaya square);

• S t. Vladimirskaya, 42 – column (near the Zolotye Vorota metro station);

• Arsenalnaya metro station – column (to be opened after the reconstruction of the square);

• European square, 1 column (near the Philharmonic);

• S t. Khreshchatyk, 1 – column (near the Dnipro hotel);

• S t. Khreshchatyk, 17 – column (near Khreshchatyk metro station);

• S t. Khreshchatyk, 27 – column (near the Khreshchatyk fountain);

• S t. Slotted, 3;

• Vladimirsky proezd, 15 (for people with disabilities and mothers with children).

The restrooms are open every day from 6:00 to 01:00 (work break from 1:01 to 5:59).
