Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba believes that “Ukraine has brought civilization to an important territory of Russia.”
This was stated in an interview with Radio Liberty, published on Saturday, September 5.
“We must clearly and directly say out loud that Ukraine brought civilization to an important territory of Russia, brought Ukrainians who came there, built the economy, turned forests into towns and cities, built the economy. And we must remember, and Russia must remember that it was the Ukrainians, not the Russians, who did it, “Kuleba said.
He also added that the Ukrainian state will always remember the Ukrainians of Russia and their great-grandparents, “who built entire cities, built, brought civilization to certain territories of the Russian Federation.”
