Ukraine has trained 11 people to exchange with Russia by the end of the year. But the representatives of the occupied Donbass have not yet prepared this process on their part.
This was stated by the head of the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group, Leonid Kravchuk, in an interview with “Hromadsky”.
“We have submitted documents for 11 people. They are now completely ready. We are waiting for the corresponding presentations from CADLO. Because this exchange is not just a unilateral action. So far, we do not see such reciprocal steps from CADLO,” said Kravchuk.
Earlier, the representative of the Ukrainian delegation to the TCG, Aleksey Arestovich, said, referring to Kravchuk, that Ukraine was going to return up to 100 people from Russia in exchange for everything for everyone: Ukrainian military personnel and employees of special services who were captured. . This should happen before the meeting of the leaders of the states of the Normandy format.
Today it was reported that the main topic of the extraordinary meeting of the TCG negotiations was the unblocking of the work of entry-exit checkpoints (EECP) in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
