He added that “he does not know whether Pirogova will appear at the next meeting of the TCG political subgroup, as opponents of the Ukrainian delegation reported that Pirogova was ill and still cannot attend consultations.”

Earlier, the Ukrainian side accused the OSCE of violating the format of the talks in Minsk. This happened because the moderator of the OSCE meeting endowed the representatives of the separatists with the status of participants in the negotiations, since they had passports from the Russian Federation.
