The coronavirus situation is deteriorating rapidly in Kiev
In the Ukrainian capital, five COVID-19 patients died every day. Since the beginning of the epidemic, the coronavirus has claimed the lives of 266 people in Kiev.
In Kiev, during the last day, another anti-registration for the COVID-19 coronavirus was registered: 428 infected. The total number of cases is now 16,951, which is the worst indicator among all regions of Ukraine. Kiev was ahead of the Lviv region, where there are 16,774 infected.
These data were published by the mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, on Saturday, September 12.
According to him, among the new cases there are 223 women between 18 and 89 years old, 186 men between 18 and 90 years old, 9 girls between 4 and 14 years old and 10 boys between 4 and 16 years old. Of the total of new patients, 12 are doctors.
Most of the new cases are found in the Dnieper – 65, Darnitsky – 64 and Desnyanskiy – 59 region.
In addition, the number of people hospitalized does not decrease. During the day 65 patients were admitted to hospitals. 97 people have recovered since the beginning of the epidemic: 5,267.

Remember that during the last 24 hours, 3,103 new cases of COVID-19 infection were detected in Ukraine. 72 people died: this is a new anti-registration.
Earlier, the Health Ministry said that the death rate from coronavirus in Ukraine dropped by a third. If in April the death rate among COVID-19 patients was 3%, now it has fallen to 2.1%, said Minister Maxim Stepanov.
