The Supreme Council of Justice dismisses the head of the State Judicial Administration

The Higher Council of Justice decided to remove Zinovy ​​Kholodnyuk from the post of head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine. Kholodnyuk was fired of his own free will.

The High Council of Justice received a statement from Kholodnyuk on October 21 regarding his removal from office of his own free will.

Kholodnyuk will cease to fulfill the duties of the head of the State Judicial Administration on October 30.

We will recall, on October 22, RBC-Ukraine sources in the State Judicial Administration said that Kholodnyuk wrote a letter of resignation.

As RBC-Ukraine wrote, on October 1, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court removed Kholodnyuk from the post of head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, because he was a suspect in the case of the former head of the Kiev District Administrative Court Pavel Vovk.

We add that the head of the OASK is accused of attempting to take power, as well as of influence in the Commission for High Qualification of Judges. In addition to the OASK judges, Kholodnyuk and four lawyers appear in the case.
