Yerevan declared that the ceasefire regime violated Baku.

As a result, there is a lot of destruction. In the morning, shelling resumed.” Shushan Stepanyan wrote on Telegram to introduce the Armenian Defense Ministry.

According to her, villages in the Askeran region were also targeted by bombing. There are no victims among the civilian population.

The day before, on October 31, Baku and Yerevan agreed not to attack civilian and civilian objects. The parties also agreed to draw up lists for the exchange of prisoners and corpses of those killed in the conflict.

The meeting was held in Geneva with the mediation of representatives of the OSCE Minsk Group. The negotiations in Switzerland were another attempt to achieve a ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh.
