President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will not comment on the situation with the head of the Kiev District Administrative Court, Pavel Vovk.

This was reported by the press service of the Presidency.

There He noted that President you have no right to evaluate court decisions or charges against judges.

It is observed that there is a presumption in Ukraine innocence.

“President, Like any citizen of the state, you can share your impressions of some resonant information, but not plus”, – declared in the PO.

In mid-July, NABU agents arrived with a search at the Kiev District Administrative Court.

As a result of the searches, NABU detectives announced suspicions to OASK chief Pavel Vovk, vice president of the court, Yevgeny Ablov, five other judges, and president of the State Judicial Administration, Zenoviy Kholodnyuk.

According to the investigation, Pavel Vovk and the judges under his control made personalized decisions in their own interests and in the interest of political elites and business circles.

NABU also released recordings of Vovk’s conversations with Kholodnyuk and a loyal candidate for the Commission of Highly Qualified Judges. They discussed the competition for the selection of a new president of the State Judicial Administration, which is in charge of the Commission of the Supreme Body of State Power.

The NABU said that the head of the OASK headed “Offender organization “, which consisted of at least 12 people, whose purpose was “Capture state power by establishing control over the High Qualified Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the High Council of Justice and creating artificial obstacles in their work. ”

Judge Vovk failed to appear several times for questioning and NABU even put him on the wanted list.

On August 5, the decision of the Kiev Pechersky District Court was made public, by which it ordered the Attorney General to take over the NABU OASK case. The anti-corruption prosecutor’s office appealed this decision.
