All the victims ate food in the Leoni LLC dining room
The State Consumer Service conducts inspections of all suppliers and manufacturers of food products.
In the city of Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk region, as a result of an epidemiological investigation into the poisoning of almost 200 people, it was established which joint products they ate. This was reported by the press service of the Public Health Center of the Ministry of Health on Monday, September 28.
It is indicated that the joint food products for all victims were Druzhba salad (melted cheese, carrots, croutons, garlic, mayonnaise), chicken broth with noodles, buckwheat, sausage in sauce, bread and tea.
Now, the State Food and Consumer Service is verifying the suppliers and manufacturers of food products that were used to prepare these dishes.
We recall, on Friday September 25, some 101 injured as a result of poisoning were reported in the “León” dining room, of which 44 were hospitalized.
Last week it became known about the massive poisoning in the city of Kolomyia. Initially, 101 people came to the hospital with complaints. All the victims prior to this ate at OOO Leoni’s dining room.
Previously, 10 people were hospitalized for food poisoning in the Pustomyty district of the Lviv region. They held baptisms at the Knyazhy Dvor restaurant and hotel complex.
