In Ukraine, for the third day in a row, more than 3,000 new cases of COVID-19 / GORDON

The total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in Ukraine exceeded 172 thousand.

During the last day, 3,240 new cases of coronavirus infection were confirmed in Ukraine. This is demonstrated by data from the National Defense and Security Council of Ukraine.

Thus, for the third consecutive day, more than 3,000 new cases of contagion have been recorded in the country (3,228 were confirmed the day before, 3,584 were confirmed the day before). The total number of confirmed cases has reached 172,712.

3,516 patients have died from the coronavirus (48 of them in the last 24 hours). 76 754 people have recovered (+1,268 in the last 24 hours). Thus, 92,442 people are still ill (+1924).

Most of the new cases of infection were confirmed in the Kiev (400), Ternopil (311) and Odessa (281) regions.

On the morning of September 19, 30.4 million people were infected with the coronavirus worldwide. More than 950 thousand people were victims of COVID-19, 20.5 million recovered.
