In Ukraine, COVID-19 exploded in four regions: anti-rating leaders

In Ukraine, on May 10, four regions became leaders in the fight against the classification of COVID-19 infection.

This was at a briefing on Monday, May 11, said Health Minister Maxim Stepanov.

Above all, in Kiev – 66 people, Chernivtsi region – 56, Rivne region – 52 and Lviv region – 45.

Most of those infected since the beginning of the epidemic in Ukraine were registered in the Chernivtsi region – 2324 patients, Kiev – 1871, Ivano-Frankivsk region – 1126, Ternopol region – 1018 and Kiev region – 1000.

Remember that as of Monday morning May 11, Ukraine registered 15 648 cases of COVID-19 infection.

In the past 24 hours, 416 new patients were diagnosed with COVID-19, including 27 children and 62 health workers. Of these, 132 people were hospitalized. At the same time, 17 people died in the last day and 228 were able to overcome the disease.

In general, coronavirus disease was detected:

• Vinnytsia region – 553 cases;

• Volyn region – 482 cases;

• Dnipropetrovsk region – 731 cases;

• Donetsk region – 100 cases;

• Zhitomir region – 523 cases;

• Transcarpathian region: 730 cases;

• Zaporizhzhya Region – 329 cases;

• Ivano-Frankivsk region – 1126 cases;

• Kirovograd region – 420 cases;

• m. Kiev – 1871 cases;

• Kiev region – 1000 cases;

• Lviv Region – 798 cases;

• Lugansk Region – 42 cases;

• Nikolaev region – 223 cases;

• Odessa Region – 646 cases;

• Poltava Region – 247 cases;

• Rivne Region – 978 cases;

• Sumy Region – 154 cases;

• Ternopil Region – 1018 cases;

• Kharkov region – 595 cases;

• Kherson Region – 161 cases;

• Khmelnitsky region – 178 cases;

• Chernivtsi Region – 2,324 cases;

• Cherkasy Region – 342 cases;

• Chernihiv region – 77 cases.
