During the last day, 10,945 new cases of coronavirus were detected in Ukraine. In total, 635,689 people fell ill during the pandemic. This was announced on Monday, November 23, by the Minister of Health, Maxim Stepanov, on his Facebook page.
In total, since the start of the pandemic, 635,689 people have already been infected, 11,075 have died, 4,143 have recovered, and 344,629 patients are still active patients.
According to the minister, during the last day 1,165 people were hospitalized; deaths – 124; recovered – 4,143 people;
During the last day, 28,374 coronavirus tests were carried out. Of these, 25 253 by PCR and 3 121 by ELISA.
Yesterday, the majority of new cases were detected in the Kiev (+1212), Dnepropetrovsk (+1093), Kiev (+870), Zhytomyr (+812) and Zaporozhye (+642) regions.
We will recall, previously the WHO warned of the third wave of COVID-19 in Europe. It may arrive early next year.
