Register of epidemics in Ukraine

The record of daily increase in coronavirus infections surpassed the previous achievement, established a day earlier, in almost 1000 cases, 16,218 cases were registered in 24 hours.

The smallest test coverage in the last seven days in Ukraine was recorded in the Dnipropetrovsk region, in this region it is two times lower than the indicator for the whole of Ukraine.

Updated state budget project-2021

The Cabinet of Ministers has presented to the Verkhovna Rada the draft state budget for 2021 prepared for consideration at second reading. The increase in the minimum wage to 6.5 thousand UAH was postponed until the end of the year in the document.

Compared to the bill, which was considered in the first reading, the cost of drugs is increasing.

Zelensky introduced a bill on declaration

Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy registered in the Rada a bill “on the restoration of responsibility for declaring false information”. It is supposed to increase the minimum amount for the initiation of criminal responsibility.

Another title “Hero of Ukraine”

Zelensky signed a decree to award the title of “Hero of Ukraine” to Oleksandr Degtyarev, CEO of the Yuzhnoye design bureau, who died of COVID-19. The reason is his outstanding personal contribution to the development of the space and rocket industry.

Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation announced the launch of a bugbount to search for vulnerabilities in the Diya application. Hackers will be asked to hack a trial application that does not contain personal data. For a successful hack, the department promises one million UAH.

Stabbing in Poland

Two Ukrainian citizens aged 19 and 21 hospitalized in Polish Rzeszow, presumably after a stabbing. His condition is considered serious. Police are looking for a third Ukrainian who rented an apartment with the victims.

Lukashenko against the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine

Alexander Lukashenko, who considers himself President of Belarus, said that Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba, in a conversation with German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas, called on the European Union for more serious sanctions against Belarus.
