Three relatives of Flint in the United States are accused of the murder of a supermarket guard. The incident arose after the latter told the cashier not to serve people without masks.
A resident of the city of Flint (Michigan, USA) Sharmel Teague was arrested on the charge of murdering Calvin Munerlin, the guard at the local Family Dollar supermarket; Teague husband and son wanted. According to CNN, the motive for the murder was Tigov’s discontent with Munerlin’s demand to wear masks at the store.
The incident occurred on May 1. Security cameras recorded how a guard is arguing with Teague and his daughter. He then told the cashier not to serve customers who refused to comply with Governor Gretchen Whitmer’s order to wear masks on the trading floor.
Sharmel Teague left, and after 20 minutes her husband Larry and son Ramonia Bishop entered the store. Munerlin was attacked, and Tig Jr., according to police, shot the guard.
Teague is suspected of complicity in the first-degree murder, his daughter is beyond suspicion. Two absent fugitives, in addition to the murder, were accused of illegal weapon manipulation and disobedience to state authorities.
In the state of Michigan, as of May 5, there are 44,397 cases of coronavirus infection. 4179 inhabitants died.
In April, residents of this state went to protests with weapons, criticizing the governor and the response to the epidemic.
