The “Servant of the People” parliamentary faction gathered on the night of September 28 for a meeting, in which the People’s Deputies decided to discuss a number of important issues, in particular the resolution on local elections and internal party conflicts.

On the split in the “Servant of the People”
Popular Deputy of the “Servant of the People” Alexander Kachura He told reporters about the split in the faction related to the conflicts between the people’s deputies and the party’s regional headquarters.
In his opinion, it is necessary to reset the control system in the faction.
“I think it is necessary to fight not with the consequences of these problems, but with the causes. you should not go to the group of deputies “Trust” to get support and votes, but you should go to your deputies and get their trust. We have to talk about this, because the form of management that exists in our faction today no longer works, “Kachura said.
In his opinion, if the situation does not change, then the faction will simply not vote for the necessary decisions and will not pass the necessary bills.
“Us we need vice presidents of the faction who are respected by the deputies who govern, we need a well-functioning communication, the position of the deputy of each people on this or that bill, and only then can we reach a harmonious position, and again you will see on the scoreboard 226, 230, 240 and even 250 votes from a faction of deputies “Servant of the people” – stressed the people’s deputy.
On Galushko’s withdrawal from the Servant of the People party
Faction Vice President Evgeniya Kravchuk reported that Mykola Galushko’s statement about leaving the Servant of the People party does not mean that she will leave the faction in the Verkhovna Rada.
“Mr. Nikolay repeated that his a request to leave the party does not mean that he / she leaves the faction, that is, he is still a people’s deputy from the Servant of the People faction, “Kravchuk told reporters during a briefing.
He noted that some of the deputies of the faction are not party members and only participate in legislative activities. They do not participate in party building.
On the sale of seats in party lists
Kachura said that the statement of the People’s Deputy of the Servant of the People faction Mykola Galushko on the sale of seats in party lists in local elections in the Kiev region they were not discussed in a faction meeting. As well as the corresponding accusations of his colleague Alexander Dubinsky about the connection of the people’s deputy with the current mayor of Brovarov Igor Sapozhk.
“Regarding Mr. Galushko and other issues that we should have discussed, we did not discuss them. We asked David Arakhamia:” Why didn’t you ask a question about Galushko? “He waved his hand, then we came over and asked, and he replied that it was too late. We won’t be there on time today,” Kachura said at a briefing.
He added that he does not consider it necessary to attend the faction meetings if the problems that have arisen are not considered there.
“For example, I said that I would not return to the faction meeting again. I don’t see any reason, now I can read the bill and decide how to vote on it,” Kachura said.
On helping Tishchenko Zelensky to establish peace
Vice President of the Servant of the People faction Nikolay Tishchenko during a briefing at the Parkovy Convention and Exhibition Center in Kiev, he said that entered the parliamentary group on legislative changes to resolve the war in Donbass and will help Zelenskiy to establish peace in Ukraine.
“When the president went to parliament, his main thesis, for which the whole country voted, was peace. That is why today we found a new solution and I, indeed, am one of the members of this group,” said the deputy popular.
He also added that the details of the work of the new group, whose task is to help the president establish peace in Ukraine, will soon be released to the public.
Tishchenko’s statements were commented on by Interfax-Ukraine by the First Deputy Head of the Delegation of Ukraine to the TCG, Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexey Reznikov. He reported that the issue of including Tishchenko in the TCG was not even discussed, and all the people’s deputies can help the process of achieving peace in Donbass as part of their work in the Verkhovna Rada.
“Personnel decisions about inclusion in the delegation at the decree level are made only by the president, and the head of delegation and the first deputies can attract, according to the decree, other representatives, experts, advisers, etc. Such consultations, according to my information, they have not been made “, – said Reznikov.
