In Russia, between the detention center and the colony, the actor Mikhail Efremov was lost.

The Russian actor Mikhail Efremov, convicted of a fatal traffic accident in the center of Moscow, was to be transferred from the Belgorod isolation ward, where he was in quarantine, to the IK-4 correctional colony in the city of Alekseevka (region of Belgorod). However, it was never on time.

This was reported by the Moskovsky Komsomolets newspaper.

The actor was to be removed from the isolation room between 5 and 6 a.m. on November 30. At 8:00 they were waiting for him at IK-4 for the first convicts. According to the newspaper, back on Sunday, November 29, the administration of the isolation room ordered him to prepare for the transfer to the colony. However, suddenly the artist’s lawyers denounced the disappearance of their client.

For an unknown reason, Efremov never made it to his place of imprisonment.

“He was supposed to be sent to the colony today. But he’s not there yet. Maybe he’s on his way,” lawyer Vladimir Vasiliev said.

A similar situation was already in place at the beginning of November. Then Yefremov was sent from the Moscow detention center “Vodnik” to the Belgorod region in one day. The speedy dispatch of the prisoner came as a complete surprise to both his lawyers and his relatives. For five days there was no news on the whereabouts of the Efremovs. And only on November 11 it turned out that Efremov had been in quarantine all this time at Belgorod SIZO No. 3.

Earlier, “Strana” reported that Efremov’s wife is filing for divorce due to the actor’s betrayal.
