In Nikolaev, unidentified people seized a tank park

In the Ingul region of Nikolaev, a group of strangers seized a private company on the territory of the oil deposit. This was reported by the regional department of the National Police on Friday, December 25.

The incident is indicated to have occurred around 9:15 am. A representative of the firm reported the seizure.

An investigation and operation group from the Ingul Police Department, officers from the tactical-operational response company of the patrol police, the Security Police Department, are working at the scene of the incident, who are keeping the situation under control. “, – says the message.

Information about the fact was entered in the magazine of the Unified Register of Applications and Messages under the article on combating legal economic activity (part 1 of article 206 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the local newspaper Novosti-N, starting at 3:00 pm, the “invaders” controlled the checkpoint, the gates and the entire territory of the company. Two minibuses with special police forces were on duty at the site: TOR and KORD. In the minibuses there are about thirty special forces equipped in combat. Unknown persons in black uniforms are on duty at the checkpoint.

Likewise, the media got to know the first information about the stranger who took over the company.

“The force coverage, apparently, was carried out by a security company of the city of Kiev Sprut 20. Two cars with Sprut 20 plates are currently on the territory of the company, at the entrance,” says the message.

According to a representative of the owner of the tank farm, the acquisition action was carried out through fictitious changes in the Unified State Register of Legal Persons. On record, both the founders of the company and its director were replaced. The changes were made on December 18, 2020 – the owner of the tank farm is Max Development LTD, which is registered in the Seychelles. A resident of the city of Lugansk, a certain Kovalsky, is indicated as director.

The owner’s representatives reported that they did not conduct any negotiations with Max Development LTD, nor with Kovalsky, furthermore, they have no idea who they are.

Previously, the SBU prevented the activities of the assailants in Zaporozhye. The attackers planned to seize the corporate rights and property of the companies for more than 200 million UAH.

Recall that the construction assailants were arrested in Kiev. Their goal was to continue buying the residential complex at a reduced cost.
