On Saturday, November 7, the Kryvyi Rih police department received several messages from different people: they all spoke of an unsuitable man who walks the streets and throws himself at people with a knife. Each of the applicants described the attacker in the same way. A police squad was immediately dispatched to the indicated address.
The incident took place at approximately 3:20 p.m. in the Metallurgical District. The man’s victims were passersby, whom he inflicted multiple stab wounds; information in this regard was confirmed to the Informant by the press service of the National Police. As a result, two people died. According to the site “First City”, it is about a 60-year-old man and his 30-year-old son. Their bodies were found behind the building of the former Sovremennik cinema.
In addition, eight more people, including an 8-year-old boy, were injured at the hands of the attacker. With injuries of varying severity, they were transferred to a local hospital. Now they are receiving medical assistance. The attacker was arrested; turned out to be a local resident born in 1983. On this fact, a criminal proceeding has been opened under art. 115 (premeditated murder). Police officers find out all the circumstances of the case.
According to information from personal sources, after the attacker attacked two men on Gagarin Avenue, he entered the school and told the guard what he had done. He explained his action by the fact that God had commanded it. The man also asked to call the police, after which he disappeared. At the moment, these facts have not been officially confirmed.

They also talked about how a 21-year-old boy was stabbed in the stomach for refusing to hand over his bicycle. Neither person was around, so the victim went to the hospital in person.
