Attackers caught up in chase
In Kiev, three men attacked a medical center and robbed its employees. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the Moscow prosecutor’s office on Facebook.
On May 9, the attackers reportedly entered the facilities of a medical center located across the street. The victories, and threatening the staff with violence, took the personal funds and mobile phones of two employees. In addition, the attackers stole the official stamps and seals of the medical center.
“Thanks to the coordinated work of the police, the attackers were detained the same day. During a personal search, the men found mobile phones, stamps and money,” the report said.
At the same time, it is observed that the men were informed of suspicions of committing crimes under Part 3 of art. 187 (theft, combined with penetration into the room) and h.1 Article 357 (kidnapping, misappropriation, extortion of official documents, stamps or seals) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Then, at the request of the local prosecutor’s office of the Svyatoshinsky Kiev District Court, the suspect chose preventive measures in the form of detention.
The investigation in the criminal process continues.
