On the last day of 2020, 885 cases of coronavirus were detected in Kiev, which is 447 less than the day before, the mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, said on Friday, January 1.
“During the last day, 885 patients with coronavirus were found in Kiev. 16 people died. In total, during the pandemic in the capital there were 1935 deaths from the virus. There are already 112,356 confirmed cases of the disease,” said the mayor.
So every day we get sick: 506 women from 18 to 88 years old, 334 men from 18 to 93 years old, 24 girls from 1 to 17 years old, 21 boys from 1 to 17 years old. Among doctors, 25 cases of coronavirus have been identified.
508 people recovered in one day. In total, 39,911 inhabitants of the capital have overcome the coronavirus.
In total, on the last day of last year, almost 10 thousand new cases of coronavirus were discovered in Ukraine, a little more than patients recovered in one day, 147 died.
