The driver in Kiev chained a car to a pole
The driver tied his car with a chain to a light pole, apparently to protest against the tow trucks.
In Kiev, the driver parked his car in the wrong place and chained it to a pole so that a tow truck would not take it away. The photo was posted by the Department of Transportation Infrastructure of the Kiev City State Administration on Facebook.
“We urge drivers not to violate parking rules and leave their cars only in specially designated areas. We remind them that parking in them is free on weekends and holidays.”
