Four kindergartens closed for quarantine
Two metropolitan schools have switched to distance education due to teacher illnesses.
In Kiev, two schools were transferred to distance education due to teachers’ illness COVID-19. In addition, in 11 schools, 20 classes were sent to distance education, said Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
“To date, two metropolitan schools have been transferred to distance education due to illness of teachers. In another 11 schools, a total of 20 classes have been sent to distance education due to illness of students with coronavirus, “Klitschko said.
In addition, 4 kindergartens were temporarily quarantined. One in each of the Desnyanskiy, Pecherskiy, Obolonskiy and Dneprovskiy districts.
“I go to my parents again: if you see a child with ARVI symptoms in the morning, don’t take him to kindergarten or school. Be attentive to the health of your children, “he emphasized.
As reported, during the last day in Kiev, COVID-19 was found in 319 people. In total, 14,477 cases of the disease have been confirmed in the capital.
