During the last day, 502 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus were detected in Kiev. 12 people died, which is a new record. Since the beginning of the pandemic, 481 Kiev residents have died, the mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, said on Sunday, October 11.
Among the new cases, 290 women from 19 to 85 years old, 188 men from 18 to 87 years old, 10 girls from 1 month to 17 years old and 14 boys from 1 to 17 years old. 17 doctors also fell ill.
60 people were hospitalized in hospitals, the rest were in self-isolation under the supervision of doctors.

The day before, the Ministry of Health announced a record hospitalization of coronavirus patients. During the last day, 990 COVID-19 patients were hospitalized.
