In Kiev, a car killed a man in a crosswalk

In the capital, not far from the Akademgorodok subway station, a fatal accident occurred: a Volkswagen car, moving at high speed, struck a young man in a crosswalk. This was announced on Friday night, January 1, by the Telegram channel dtp.kiev.ua.

It is noted that the death of a pedestrian occurred instantly.

“The car was going very fast, there was no possibility of survival. A boy in his early 30s died. Relatives arrived at the place. They were treated by ambulance doctors ”, says the message.

According to the public, Volkswagen was moving at a speed of about 80 km / h, while in the city no more than 50 km / h is allowed. At the same time, law enforcement officers will have to find out which light the two participants in the movement were heading towards.
