In Bucovina, the number of coronavirus infections has increased: 486 cases. This is the largest figure in the region since the start of the pandemic.

In the Chernivtsi region, 486 new cases of COVID-19 infection were recorded during the last day. This is the highest figure in the region since the start of the pandemic, said the head of the regional state administration Sergei Osachuk on his Facebook page.

During the last day, 166 people have recovered, 12,590 since the beginning of the pandemic. During all time in the region, 585 people have died from the coronavirus.

Overall, 29,612 cases of the disease were recorded in Bucovina.
