Hurricane Delta approached the southern coast of the United States with wind gusts of up to 104 km / h. Almost 475,000 residents of the states of Louisiana and Texas were without power.
Reports from the US National Hurricane Watch Center.
The wind rips the roofs off houses, destroys communications, knocks down pillars and trees. Rising water after the storm and rain flooded buildings near the shore. Meteorologists warn of major flooding.
