Volunteers who will conduct a poll of President Volodymyr Zelensky on local election day on October 25 are required to work outside the polling station, they are prohibited from campaigning.
Interviewers in special bibs and with sealed urns with the inscription “5 questions from the president”, transfers the UE with reference to its source, who is “familiar with the process.”
There will be one or two people near the polling stations, who must interview Ukrainians after voting.
Volunteers will work from 8:00 to 20:00, with the opportunity to go out four times for a break of up to 15 minutes. After the survey the ballot boxes will be taken to the counting siteAccording to the results, the corresponding protocols will be developed. Unused forms will be destroyed.
Interviewers should wear masks and gloves, and will also be provided with instructions on how to behave around the sites and how to respond to possible provocations.
In case of bad weather, they are allowed to enter under the shed or into the premises, but they cannot directly enter the territory of the site.
